Exchange and return of goods

1 Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with the full комплектation/accessories included (products supplied as a set must also be returned as a complete set).
2 Complete the return application enclosed with the order. 
3 Attach a copy of the cash receipt and specify the refund method (postal money order or transfer to a bank account, indicating the bank details).
4 Send the parcel by mail to the following address.
5 After sending the parcel, please notify us.

Grounds for return and exchange of goods

The Buyer has the right to return the Product. A return is possible provided that the Product has not been used and its consumer properties, factory labels, overall appearance, and other relevant characteristics have been preserved. The Product may be returned without stating any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the Product directly from the Seller or from persons representing the Seller.

To return the Product, you must provide a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase, and also complete a product return application.

Return of the Product in case defects are discovered due to non-compliance with the Order terms caused by the Seller

If the Product was delivered to you with partial non-compliance or in violation of the Order terms due to the Seller’s fault, including issues relating to assortment, completeness, or quantity, you have the right to notify the Seller of such violations no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt and request that the violations be remedied.

You also have the right to refuse the Product and request a refund of the amount paid. In this case, the Product must be returned to the Seller with its original marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels preserved.

To return the Product, you must provide a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase.

To process the return, you must complete a product return application.


The above describes our return and exchange policy. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the procedure for returning and exchanging goods is carried out under the applicable consumer protection rules.
